The Shoe Ambassador supports the Dior shoe business at Saks, partnering with the store team to deliver a strong client journey. The role provides sales, recruitment, operational, and visual merchandising support.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales activities and the client journey.
• Assist with recruitment and operational support for the shoe business.
• Support visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy, stand for extended periods, and handle merchandise and supplies.
• Commitment to following company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
