Summary

Full-time Retail Client Advisor based in Century City responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales on the selling floor. The role requires maintaining visual and operational standards while building and managing client relationships. The Advisor will support store events and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
• Adhere to store and company procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail/boutique experience selling high-end goods and working with clientele-oriented sales.
• Availability for open scheduling, including stores that operate seven days a week.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor that represents the brand lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of integrity.
