The Retail Sales - Accessories associate provides exceptional customer service and styling advice while cultivating lasting relationships both in-store and digitally. The role focuses on achieving sales goals through direct selling and the effective use of digital tools such as text and social media, and requires flexibility to support varying schedules and occasional duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest styling and fit guidance to customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promote loyalty program participation
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
