Summary

Retail Sales - Accessories associates cultivate and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally while meeting sales goals. You will use tools such as text and social media to engage clients, provide personalized styling and fit guidance, and support the team to keep the department customer-ready. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection.
• Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
• Comfort using networking and technology (text, social media) to drive sales.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment with strong organization and follow-through.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
