Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling, fit guidance, and exceptional customer service
• Support merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department organized and customer ready; perform light cleaning as needed
