Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using available selling tools
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide exceptional, customer-focused service and honest guidance on style and fit
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and performing price markdowns
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer following
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
• Comfortable using text, social media and other technology to engage customers and drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment with strong organization and follow-through
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
