Provide personalized lingerie and activewear styling and bra fittings in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and through digital channels. Build lasting customer relationships by offering fit expertise, honest guidance, and tailored recommendations. Support department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and collaborative team efforts while participating in ongoing product and fit training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up, including digital outreach.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as text and social media.
• Maintain a customer-ready department: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members and brand consultants; participate in trainings to stay current on product and fit knowledge.
