Summary

Provide personalized lingerie and activewear sales and fittings in a fast-paced department store environment. Conduct bra fittings and offer expert guidance on fit and style while building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Use store tools and training to meet sales goals and support a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending proper fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up, and digital outreach such as text and social media.
• Meet individual and departmental sales goals using product knowledge and networking.
• Perform merchandising and operational tasks including filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and collaborate with the team to support department needs.
