Summary

The Retail Sales Associate for Activewear cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store while delivering exceptional service and styling guidance. You will set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools and work with the team to keep the department customer-ready. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and open Rewards accounts
• Provide styling, fit guidance, and confident product recommendations
• Deliver excellent customer service tailored to customer preferences
• Maintain the department: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Support teammates and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
