Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of designer shoes through both in-store and digital channels. Cultivate and grow customer relationships, advise customers on style and fit, and support a customer-ready department. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following.
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit recommendations to customers.
• Support department operations by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Encourage customer enrollment in the rewards program and participate in team selling efforts.
