Summary

Provide fashion styling and sales support in the designer women's apparel department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product knowledge and help keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support customers with excellent service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule and occasionally perform duties in another department.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
