The Salesperson helps customers find apparel that suits their style and fit preferences. The role focuses on achieving in-store and digital sales goals while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work with the team to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in fashion, networking, and technology, and the ability to excel in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
