Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide personalized styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and style
- Use networking and technology to meet sales targets
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain visual standards
- Open new customer accounts in the rewards program to grow relationships
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally assist in other departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in sales
- Ability to use digital tools and social media for customer engagement
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including bending and reaching
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
