The Retail Salesperson supports sales for kids apparel and shoes through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships and meeting sales goals while maintaining merchandise presentation and assisting across departments as needed. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
• Use text and social media tools to grow customer following
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Execute price markdowns and perform light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with team and assist in other departments as required
• Maintain customer ready department standards
