Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and honest feedback on style and fit
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer following
• Keep department customer ready by filling orders and stocking merchandise
• Re-merchandise and perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required

• Ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching

• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
