Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through both in-store and digital interactions while building lasting customer relationships. Use styling knowledge and selling tools, including text and social media, to meet individual and department sales goals. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment while working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and offer styling and fit guidance
• Open new customer reward accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform work in other departments and work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced team environment, and follow through on responsibilities
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bend, reach, and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
