Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide style and fit advice and deliver excellent customer service
- Use texting and social media tools to support sales and customer outreach
- Open new customer accounts in the rewards program
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week
