Summary

Provide styling and sales service to customers for kids' apparel and shoes at Montgomery Mall, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital selling tools. Use social media and texting to engage customers, build lasting relationships, and grow rewards program accounts. Maintain the department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing light cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using text and social media tools
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide honest, confident style and fit advice
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer following
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally assist in other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
