Summary

Join the store team as a Retail Sales associate focused on Kids' apparel and shoes at the Natick Mall. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive both in-store and digital sales, and build lasting relationships with shoppers. The role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to support department operations to keep the sales floor customer ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling channels, using text and social media when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized style and fit advice.
• Process orders, open Nordstrom Rewards accounts, assist with re-merchandising, price markdowns, stocking, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally support duties in other departments as needed.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using technology and networking to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
