Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product choices.
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns and light cleaning.
• Use product knowledge and networking to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements
