Summary

The Retail Sales - Lingerie associate provides personalized intimate apparel fittings and styling to create a comfortable, confident customer experience. This role builds lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions while supporting sales goals and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional bra fittings and provide fit and style recommendations in the fitting room.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up, and digital tools (text and social media).
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support department operations including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, filling orders, and light cleaning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Empathy, sensitivity, and body-positive approach to intimate apparel fittings.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules; ability to be on feet and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
