Summary

The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized bra fittings and styling guidance to enhance customer confidence and comfort, builds lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and supports department readiness through merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels using texting and social media
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed
• Participate in continuous learning and product trainings
