Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling in the Somerset Collection Nordstrom store, delivering expert fit guidance and building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital touchpoints. Use product knowledge and Nordstrom tools to drive sales while supporting team efforts to maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending fit and styles; participate in training on fitting techniques.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up, and digital communication (text and social media).
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support team tasks such as filling orders, stocking merchandise, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department ready for customers.
