Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, execute price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and support the team to meet business needs
