Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow clientele
• Provide honest style and fit recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Promote and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed
