Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal client following.
• Provide styling advice and honest guidance on fit and product selections.
• Support department operations by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and assist customers with loyalty enrollment.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.
