Retail Sales - Men's Apparel - Montgomery Mall

Summary

The Retail Sales associate for Men's Apparel is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and styling advice while growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. This role focuses on achieving sales goals through in-person selling and use of digital tools such as texting and social media. The associate supports the department by maintaining merchandise presentation and participating in team efforts to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow new customer accounts, including Nordstrom Rewards enrollments.
• Provide styling and fit guidance and deliver service tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support team efforts and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.
