Retail Sales - Men's Apparel - Natick Mall

Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling for men's apparel on the sales floor and through digital channels, meeting sales goals and growing customer relationships. This in-store role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work across departments to support business needs. The position involves regular physical activity including lifting, stocking, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Deliver personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Assist with merchandising tasks: filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Support team by occasionally performing duties in other departments and maintaining department readiness
