Join the team as a Retail Sales associate focused on Men's Apparel. You will drive sales both in-store and through digital channels, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver personalized styling and fit recommendations. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit to help customers make selections
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and grow customer relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work ethic with an interest in networking and using technology to drive sales
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability; schedule will vary based on business needs
