Summary

Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support to customers in-store and digitally. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge to support customers.
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Work flexible hours and, as needed, support other departments.
