Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and deliver service on customers' terms.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs and occasionally assist in other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
