Summary

The Retail Sales role focuses on styling and selling shoes while cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. The salesperson sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools including text and social media and delivers personalized service and confident style and fit guidance. The role supports department operations and requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow the customer following
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit to deliver exceptional customer service
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Enroll customers in rewards accounts and collaborate with the team to keep the department customer ready

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and lift items up to 25 pounds
