Summary

Salesperson role focused on driving footwear sales both in-store and through digital channels. The role requires cultivating and growing a customer following, delivering personalized styling and fit advice, and using technology and social tools to meet sales goals. The position supports team merchandising and customer service to maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling (including text and social media).
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards accounts.
• Provide styling guidance and confident product and fit recommendations.
• Perform department tasks: fill orders, restock, re-merchandise, markdown pricing, and light cleaning.
• Occasionally support other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and use hands for grasping and handling merchandise.
• Must be able to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
