Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following.
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest, confident feedback.
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Promote and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment and related initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
