The Salesperson in Shoes at Mall of America drives both in-store and digital sales through styling, product knowledge, and personalized customer service. The position also supports merchandising and inventory activities to keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support loyalty program growth
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments as business needs require
