Summary

Provide excellent customer service and style guidance while driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Use product knowledge and personal engagement to build lasting customer relationships and support team goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and basic upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals, including in-store and digital selling using text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide honest style and fit advice and deliver friendly, customer-focused service.
• Perform merchandising tasks: fill orders, stock shelves, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Occasionally assist in departments other than the assigned area and work a flexible schedule.

• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
