Retail Sales - Shoes

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and through digital channels with a focus on shoes. Use selling tools including text and social media to meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships. Maintain departmental readiness through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow loyalty program enrollment
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work ethic with interest in using technology and networking to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours, including bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent use of hands
