Summary

Sell shoes and provide personalized styling to customers both in-store and through digital channels, using tools like text and social media. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, meet sales goals, and support department presentation and operations. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build customer relationships, open Nordstrom Rewards accounts, and grow a repeat clientele
• Provide knowledgeable style and fit advice and deliver exceptional customer service
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed and work varied schedules
