Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining product and merchandising standards. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest guidance on fit and product selection
• Use technology and networking to drive sales and open new customer accounts in the rewards program
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, pricing markdowns, and light cleaning
• Flexibly support other departments or tasks as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to use networking and technology to meet targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending, reaching, and handling of merchandise
• Capable of regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
