Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to support selling efforts
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Grow relationships by opening customer rewards program accounts
• Be flexible to work in other departments as business needs require
