Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback about fit and product
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promote customer enrollment
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Use product knowledge to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
