Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling and fit guidance and deliver excellent customer service on customers' terms
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to deepen customer relationships
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Meet physical demands of the role including frequent movement and handling merchandise
