Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using company tools
• Build an appointment-based business and serve booked customers

• Introduce customers to the loyalty program and its benefits
• Perform floor coverage and department duties like dusting and merchandising
• Occasionally work in departments other than the original hire department
