Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media. Role includes styling guidance, product knowledge development, and maintaining a customer-ready department with tasks such as stocking, re-merchandising, and order fulfillment. Schedule varies weekly and flexibility to work in different departments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Re-merchandise displays and perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work in departments other than assigned based on business needs
