Summary

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest styling advice and help customers select pieces to complete their wardrobe.
• Create connections via in-store interactions and digital engagement including text, social media, and Nordstrom apps.
• Drive sales through appointment setting, outreach, and follow up with customers.
• Sell across departments and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized selling environment.
• Invite customers to events, introduce Nordy Club benefits, and support store initiatives to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Confidence and versatility selling across departments and price points.
• Styling and wardrobe knowledge with ability to organize, advise, and follow up.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to build a personal business through appointments and networking.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for digital engagement and social media.
• Availability for a retail schedule including evenings and weekends and ability to be on foot for 6-8 hours per shift; lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
