Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice to help customers complete their looks.
• Create and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions and digital engagement (text, social media, apps).
• Drive sales through appointment-setting, outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Support events and promotional periods to meet sales targets and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
• Keep the selling space clean, organized, and visually inviting for customers.
• Sell across departments and adapt to changing merchandise and customer needs.
