Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media when appropriate
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Deliver exceptional service by offering honest, confident feedback on style and fit
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge to advise customers effectively
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Assist customers with enrolling in the store rewards program and related sales initiatives
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong follow-through and flexibility to work variable schedules
• Physical ability to remain active for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock/logistics tasks)
