Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide style and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
- Keep the department customer ready by filling orders and re-merchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
- Stock merchandise and handle inventory tasks
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Capable of continuous movement and frequent bending twisting and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier for stocking roles
