Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide style and fit recommendations with confidence and honesty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally assist in other departments as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and reaching to handle merchandise
