Summary

The Salesperson is focused on styling and building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally, using tools like text and social media to drive sales. The role supports department readiness through merchandising, order fulfillment, and customer service while meeting individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and provide styling and fit guidance
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards accounts and grow customer following through outreach
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use technology to achieve sales targets
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Organized with strong follow-through and flexibility to work varied schedules
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
